Rules and Regulations :

1. This contest is open for all participants.

2. Registration must be made on the Official Entry Form And Accompanied With Cash OR
a Crossed Cheque Made Payable to SCP Management Sdn. Bhd. for amount
RM 50.00 ( PROFESSIONAL CATERGORY ) or RM 30.00 ( AMATEUR CATERGORY ).

3. Official Receipt and Letter of Acceptance of Registration will be issued to Competitor upon receipt of registration form and payment.

4. The registration of competitor is not transferable. There is no refund for withdrawal once payment is made.

5. Competitors must bring along this Official Receipt and Letter of Acceptance to the Competition Hall.

6. Closing date is 30th November 2009 ( Monday ). Any late registration will not be entertained.

7. All expenses on floral materials relating to the participation in the competition are to be borne by the competitor.

8. Professional Category competitors are required to create designs on a 2ft x 5ft table decoration & 2 chairs.
Half an hour will be given for set-up before the competition. Competitors can secure 1 assistant only to transport
props and materials into the competition hall prior to commencement of competition.

9. Amateur Category competitors are required to create 1 freestyle design in Christmas theme.
Design should fit into table size of 2ft x 5ft .

10. Floral materials can be conditioned but not cut, wired or in any way prepared to required length,
prior to commencement of competition.

11. Design pieces shall be displayed within the booth space given.

12. All fresh materials should be designed with water source or water-retaining material as they
will be exhibited for 6 days.

13. Competitors have to bring their own materials, containers and supplies needed to complete the required designs. No borrowing, sharing or bartering of tools and materials is allowed.

14. Competition Officers will check itemized material before competition begins.

15. The usage of hand-phones, pagers, camera or other recording devices is not allowed during the competition.

16. Each competitor is required to clean up his/her own area at the end of the competition.

17. The organizer reserved the right to retain all the entries for all display and other publicity needs.

18. Judge decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter.

19. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

20. The organizer shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any incident that may occur during the contest.

21. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the competitor in the event of non-fulfillment / compliance.
Registration fee paid shall be deemed forfeited.

• Wall paneling with Styrofoam backing 4” ( length ) x 1” ( depth ) x 8” ( height )
• 2 nos. 100W spotlight
• 1 no. 13 Amp PowerPoint
• 1 no. table 2ftx 5ft with White table cloth and skirting and 2 nos.
B anquet Chair will be issued to each contestant in - Christmas table setting.

Using Highways
South City is located in southern Kuala Lumpur, strategically placed along the KL-Seremban Highway.
You can reach South City via these other highways :

• Besraya Highway
• Shah Alam Expressway
• Puchong-Sg Besi Expressway
• Jalan Sg Besi Six-Lane Highway
• Serdang, Balakong and UPM Interchange

Using Public Transport
If you wish to take the commuter train, you can hop off at Serdang Station which is just
half a kilometer away from South City.
Metro bus number 8 as well as Rapid KL numbers 416 and 432 stop near South City.
South City also has a taxi stand

Up to 1,888 parking bays available.
Parking rates: RM 1.00 for every 12 hours every day of the year.
